Who we are
AntiSlop is an iOS app that offers math sprints, trivia, and a live arena. This policy describes what we collect through the AntiSlop iOS app and this website, and how that data is handled. “We” means the developer of AntiSlop.
What we collect and why
Every category below is linked to your account, used solely for app functionality, and never used to track you across other apps or websites.
| Data | Source | Why we have it |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Sign in with Apple, Google, or email (via Clerk) | Identify your account and let you sign back in on a new device. |
| Name (first / last) | Sign in with Apple or Google, only if you choose to share it | Display in your profile. Optional. |
| User ID | Generated by Clerk when you sign in | Primary key on your cloud profile and gameplay rows. Lets us load your data without storing your email in every record. |
| Gameplay data | Your activity in the app | Sync scores, accuracy, streaks, completed sessions, and difficulty progression across your devices. Apple categorizes this as “Product Interaction.” |
What we do not collect
- No location data. We don’t request, access, or store your location.
- No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. The app never asks for these permissions.
- No advertising identifiers. We don’t use IDFA and we don’t show ads.
- No third-party analytics SDKs. No Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Segment, no Firebase Analytics.
Where your data lives
We use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
- Clerk — handles sign-in (Apple, Google, email) and manages your authentication identity. Subject to Clerk’s privacy policy.
- Supabase — stores your profile row and gameplay sessions in a Postgres database protected by row-level security, so only you can read or write your own rows. Subject to Supabase’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — runs our game-engine Worker, which generates fresh math and trivia puzzles. Each request is gated by a short-lived JWT issued by Clerk; we don’t store request logs beyond what Cloudflare keeps for operational purposes.
- Apple — distributes the app and processes any future in-app purchases. Subject to Apple’s privacy policy.
How AI is used
AntiSlop uses AI on our server to generate puzzle content (math problems, trivia questions). Your gameplay activity is associated with your user ID so the engine can adapt difficulty over time, but we do not feed your personal information into any third-party AI model. We do not train any AI model on your personal data.
What’s stored on your device
The app uses iOS UserDefaults to keep your local preferences and a cache of generated puzzles so the app works smoothly when your network is slow. Clearing the app from your device removes this local cache. Your cloud-synced profile and history remain in your account until you delete it.
Children
AntiSlop is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) beyond what’s strictly required to sign in. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at kanishk.chores@gmail.com and we’ll delete the account.
Your rights
- Access & export. Email kanishk.chores@gmail.com from the address tied to your account and we’ll send you a copy of the data on file.
- Delete. You can delete your account from inside the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing kanishk.chores@gmail.com. Deletion removes your profile row, all gameplay sessions, and your authentication record. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
- Correct. You can edit your name in the app at any time. To correct anything else, email us.
- Withdraw consent. You can sign out at any time. To also remove cloud data, delete your account.
Security
All traffic between the app, Clerk, Supabase, and our Worker uses HTTPS/TLS. Database access is enforced by row-level security so a signed-in user can only read or write their own rows. AI Worker endpoints are gated by a short-lived JWT — there is no anonymous access.
International transfers
Our infrastructure providers operate globally. Your data may be stored and processed in countries other than yours, including the United States. Each provider implements its own safeguards for international transfers; see the policies linked above for details.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
