Common questions

I can’t sign in.
Make sure you’re using the same provider you signed up with — Apple, Google, or email. If you used Sign in with Apple, you’ll need to be logged into the same Apple ID on your device. Still stuck? Email kanishk.chores@gmail.com from your account email and we’ll help.
My streak got reset / didn’t count today.
Streaks are calculated based on your local date. To keep a streak alive, finish at least one session before midnight in your time zone. Streaks sync to your account, so signing in on a new device should restore them — if a session you completed isn’t showing up, send us your account email and the approximate time you played and we’ll take a look.
When is the Arena coming?
The Arena — head-to-head live duels with a ranked ladder — is in development and will arrive in a future update. Today the app ships with Math sprint, Trivia, and Streaks; everything you do now contributes to your skill profile, so you’ll start the Arena from a sensible difficulty when it launches.
What does “Insane” difficulty actually do?
The difficulty engine adapts to your accuracy and speed. Easy through Hard scale steadily; Expert tightens the timer and broadens the question pool; Insane removes most of the safety nets — fewer easy distractors, tighter timers, fewer obvious patterns. It’s meant to genuinely push you.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to your Profile sheet, and tap Delete account. This removes your profile, all gameplay sessions, and your authentication record. If you’d rather we handle it, email kanishk.chores@gmail.com from your account email — we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
Do you offer a refund?
All purchases on the App Store are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the AntiSlop purchase.
The app is showing a “Backend not configured” screen.
That message only appears in development builds when the build isn’t pointed at our servers. If you’re seeing it on the App Store version, please send us a screenshot — that shouldn’t happen and we’d like to fix it.
Will my data sync across iPhone and iPad?
Yes. As long as you sign in with the same account on each device, your streak, gameplay history, and difficulty progression sync automatically.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. AntiSlop is currently iOS-only. If you’d like to be notified when an Android version ships, email us — we keep a quiet list.
